www.ironsaddcasts.mypodcast.comWow- Ryan, great job streamlining the show. What a great concentration on content that had been spread over the weekend. Duncan it was geat having you, and Marty thanks so much for hopping on- that was awesome.
Guys sorry the levels were a bit invasive on the Branchline piece, that somehow got past me. |

You can also use VLC media player, I myself prefer it against Quicktime. Nice to hear Duncan, just met him this past week (as we know, he mentioned me).

Guys, you're getting better and better. Loved those sessions on scenery and the triplex. Thanks!
I wonder...is there a movie critic out there? I believe a several-minute session reviewing a movie with significant railroad content would be great. Mark Pierce |

I really think your headed in the right direction ! Best show to date. Can I make a suggestion instead paying $2.99 a month. I would rather pay up all in one shot $36.00 bucks for a year and get the same benies. or maybe a discount say $30.00 for the year. What do you think? JimK

Loved the show this week. I was just introduced to it by another listener. Great content and I really enjoyed Duncan's piece on scenery. Keep up the great work.

www.modelrailcast.com/Guys, thanks so much for your feedback. And James, yes, you can make a one time donation of $36 or more for Pioneer status. :o) Thanks for asking!
On another note: I find it interesting that you all like this show so much, but I have received some emails and voice mails, saying that the show was too long. So may I ask, what was it about this show that you liked? Thanks -=Ryan |

Once again a great show. The tips and tricks for the scenery work from Duncan and Marty was great. IronSideRoger thanks for the information on the 2-8-8-8-2 locomotives as well.Thank you to all of you guys for continuing to put in the time and effort to create a great show. As for the show being too long, for me that is never an issue as it is a podcast. I listen to the show usually in sections, on the commute to and from work or whilst I am working on my layout. This also helps to reduce the time between shows as I can spread one show out over a couple of days :).

I don't know everyone wants to put time limits on subjects, There is no hurry ! Some subjects just take longer, better to have more info than less. We all can listen at our leisure. I have listen to the show sometimes twice on topic that interest me . Please don't get like television and squeeze everything into 42 minutes and have loss of content. JimK

http://model-railroad-hobbyist.com/blog/671Nice episode! I love the interviews!
I have heard a few good things about that lightweight spackle now. I had read about using sculptamold in a similar application, but the spackle could be handy when you don't want to mix stuff up. I have a tub of it left over from some home maintenance I can try. Looking forward to your interview next week! Chris |

www.colorcountrytrains.org/Another great show! The scenery information was great! I think you did a great job of editing as the show never dragged. It was great to hear that you liked the November issue of Model Railroader, as a member of our club, James Harper, is in that issue! His layout is amazing to see, you can put a lot of detail into p48!
As long as you keep the show organized into chapters, I feel that length doesn't matter as long as the content warrents it. I can listen to the show several chapters at a time and easily jump to whichever chapter I left off on. |

Ryan, Will and a whole bunch of new guys!
I've been away since the Sweet 16 Episode and loved the nice long show. I have 16 shows to catch up on! I work for a hospital (materials management) and this past month was the move to the new hospital building. The nice part is that the new place is built on old railroad land and right next to the Pan-AM (Guilford) main line. Google Maps for Portland, Maine is a few years out of date: http://maps.google.com/maps?client=safari &rls=en &q=portland,+me &ie=UTF-8 &oe=UTF-8 &um=1 &sa=X &oi=geocode_result &resnum=1 &ct=title so the satellite image only shows the hobo jungle we bulldozed. Don't worry! We're a Catholic hospital and did all we could to help the homeless. The new hospital was built on the yards for the old Maine Central Mountain Div. Rob Carignan Portland, Maine |
